Item Trial Balance (iTB)

OVERVIEW

You can navigate to Trial Balance by clicking on iTB on the top navigation bar. ITB navbar

On the landing page, you will see all item groups with their closing balance.

ITEM DRILLDOWN & BLUEDOT

  • Click on Group name to see all items under the Group. Drilldown to QI when you click on the item name.

    • ITB Bluedot
  • Click on the bluedot Bluedot next to the item to view a snapshot of its Opening Balance, IN / OUT and Closing Balance.

LHS FILTERS
  • Filter by using date control on the LHS.

  • Select Show Item Groups to see all Item Groups.

  • To see Items of a particular Group, select the Group from the drop down and click on go.
