SECURITY SETTINGS
For Security settings go to M1 and click on Others.
  • Click on Login and Log in Master will open.

  • LHS will show all the current Logins with their roles.

  • On the RHS select the type of security you want.

One or more of the following parameters may be set ON or OFF

    Access is granted / denied based on :

    • IP lock (Login only from authorised offices / static IPs).Select the checkbox to activate the feature.

    • Login and password

    • 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) / Text message sent to mobile just like Banks.

    • Day and Time wise lock (Login on Mon - Fri / Sat only)

    • Period lock (Login only for current FY)

    • Machine lock (Login only from designated machines).

X ROLE TASK MASTER

Shows the roles attached to each task. It allows control of :

  • View / Read /Edit / Delete / Export to excel of Vouchers and Ledgers.
