OVERVIEW

Schedules are statutory.Only one Ledger can be attached to one Schedule.Categories are a random collection of Ledgers and do not follow any statutory norms.

Choosing which Ledger to put in which Category is purely at the user’s discretion.

CREATE A SCHEDULE / CATEGORY
  • Click on Others in M1 and select Accounts.

  • Click on Schedules / Categories.Click on New icon to create a new Schedule / Category.


  • Only the Admin has the right to perform these actions.

ADD SCHEDULES / CATEGORIES TO LEDGERS
  • Select the Ledger and Click on Schedule / Category on the LHS.


  • Select the Schedule / Category and save.
